Hi, I’m Marisha, a Bangalore-based writer and creative strategist. I have over a decade of experience in the content and creative space. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of collaborating with some of the world's leading brands, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences across the digital landscape.

My career began as a full time SEO writer for Myntra.com and I soon went onto heading their fashion content. I have also been the head of curated content for a leading travel company, HolidayIQ, which is where I learnt the art of planning, writing and directing video content too.

My passion for reading and storytelling ignited my career, and since then, I've honed my skills to become a master wordsmith. With a keen eye for detail, crazy-stupid love for editing and an innate understanding of brand identity, I strive to create content that not only captures attention but also leaves a lasting impact.

I’m a Master of Letters graduate from the University of Glasgow in Heritage, Tourism and Development. My second post graduation is from the Mudra Institute of Communications in Digital Marketing, Content and Communication. Through my education I learnt the importance of good research and also learnt the technical nuances of the digital marketing world. 

My freelance journey began in 2020 and since then I have worked with distinguished brands like Amazon, Healthi, Prolance, BTC Miami and FantomDC. I've had the opportunity to explore diverse industries, from crypto to healthcare, and have worked extensively in the B2B space. Working with startups as a part of their launch team is a speciality. I not only help with copy and creative strategy but also overall project management for companies that come to me with a vision and not definite direction.

Whether it's a witty tagline, an engaging social media campaign, or a compelling product description, my words are crafted to evoke emotions and inspire action. As a creative strategist, I thrive on conceptualising fresh ideas and transforming them into reality.

Beyond the hours with my laptop, you'll probably find me in a dusty old bookstore or deep diving into independent film. I firmly believe that curiosity is the catalyst for creativity, and I'm constantly seeking new perspectives to enrich my work.
